These terms govern your use of the G&E Signature Scents website and the sale of products through it. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. Orders & pricing
All prices are in euros and include VAT (24%). Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully captured via Stripe. We may cancel and refund an order at our discretion if a product is mispriced or out of stock at the moment of dispatch.
2. Shipping
We ship across Greece via BoxNow parcel lockers (1-2 business days) or home courier (2-3 business days). Shipping is free on orders of €50 or more. See our shipping page for the full breakdown.
3. Right of withdrawal
Under Greek consumer law (Law 2251/1994), you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without justification. Items must be unused, unburned and in their original packaging. See returns for how to send it back.
4. Liability
Candles are decorative and combustible. Never leave a lit candle unattended. Follow the safety instructions on each product page. We are not liable for damage arising from misuse.
5. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are subject to the competent Greek courts.
