Return window

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return unburned candles in their original packaging for a full refund. The return shipment must be initiated within those 14 days.

How to return

1. Email orders@gesignaturescents.com with your order number (e.g. GE-2026-XK7BR).
2. We’ll send a prepaid BoxNow return label by email.
3. Drop off at any BoxNow locker.
4. Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt at the studio.

Damaged in transit?

Send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll ship a replacement, no return required. Stuff happens in transit and we’d rather replace it than argue.

Refunds

Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original card. Banks take 2-5 business days to show the credit. If you paid by Apple Pay or Google Pay, the refund returns to the same wallet.
